Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the UNIKA DIGITAL website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services
UNIKA DIGITAL provides digital marketing, AI content production, and web development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual service agreements.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by UNIKA DIGITAL remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
UNIKA DIGITAL's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for completed work remain due upon termination.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the courts of the city of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in a written service agreement.
